EET Europarts unlocks the full flavour with Smart Wine Monitor

Multispecialist EET Europarts has become the official distributor of the Kelvin K2 Smart Wine Monitor, a personal Sommelier which makes sure wines have the perfect temperature when served.

There's nothing quite like a good glass of wine with a delicious dinner. But do you know at which temperature to serve your favourite wine? Most people don't. White wine is often served too cold and red wine too warm, which affects the taste and aroma. Kelvin K2 is the number one wine-improving product in the world. With Kelvin K2 smart wine monitor it's easy to achieve the perfect temperature and ultimately the perfect wine experience – whether you're serving red, white or rosé. The taste of wine is made up of many key elements, many of which are dramatically affected by temperature. Wine will only be at its best when served at the recommended serving temperature.

Kelvin K2 is suitable for all wine types. Simply strap it around the bottle, even if the wine is in the refrigerator, and the monitor sends temperature information to your smartphone. The free app then lets you know when your wine is ready to serve. The free Kelvin K2 app contains knowledge of more than 200 wine types and styles. The smart wine monitor is easy to use, and will automatically and wireless connect with your mobile phone.

The Kelvin K2 Smart Wine Monitor is available through EET Europarts offices in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

Kappa Data launches WAN optimization audit

Benelux: network and security VAD Kappa Data has unveiled a new service, dedicated to optimize WANs through an audit. The service aims to help resellers with WAN application performance issues, WAN usage or bandwidth monitoring. For only €625 list price, the Kappa Data technical experts perform an audit on WAN network infrastructure and present a heap of personalized optimization advice in the format of an audit report. Kappa Data's WAN optimization audit is based on Exinda's WAN orchestrations technology and is easy to implement in any network, big or small and regardless of its complexity. Exinda boxes are configured in bridging mode and will collect data during a period of 2 weeks. After these 2 weeks, the Kappa Data engineers examine and analyze the data to create personalized WAN optimization reports. The result of this type of exercise is phenomenal in most cases. According to Kappa Data, "in the case of one particular customer, we took the bandwidth back to 10% of the original available bandwidth. And guess what: none of the users saw any change in the way the applications worked. Exinda QoS did a fantastic job here. Optimization doesn't necessary mean that you need to purchase Exinda boxes. In some cases, one WAN optimization audit can reveal the applications in your network that are taking too much bandwidth, while they can work fine on a lower bandwidth. It can reveal users that consume too much bandwidth as well. These instances can be resolved without implementing Exinda equipment. In other cases, it's worth purchasing specialized Exinda equipment to drastically improve performance on some of your critical applications."
